On 52 Tiger:

The best part is that the thinner model has far superior storage.

The iPod Touch is often sneered at for being a dumbed-down iPhone, but on the other hand that is also its greatest advantage; you get almost all of the power of an iPhone in a smaller and lighter package that doesn’t require a contract.A first generation iPod Touch was my first iOS device and didn’t regret it for a second.
The other thing I want to mention is that despite its size, the first generation iPod still doesn’t look dated, we’ve just gotten used to the way they look.

This gadget arrived before my family bought their first computer and it really amazes me how well the keyboard still works.
It’s something we forget to expect from companies in the “netbook age”; quality, production value and longevity of the devices they create.

With very few gadgets today, you get the feeling that they’ll last long after the warranty expires, even less so, if it features many mechanical components.
While I know that technological progress will dictate how long I’m going to productively use my digital camera, I’d nevertheless love to be able to pick it up in a few years and still see it working.
