This describes one of my main problems with China at the moment.

There are scammers and criminals everywhere in the world, but nowhere have I found the inhibition threshold to scam and trick a person out of their money as low as in China.
I’m not even talking about actual criminals, but ordinary people, that’ll do anything to gain an edge and make that extra bit of money, often off of another person’s back.
