Google's Buzz Privacy fuck-up →
First of all: How can it be that nobody at Google thought about this? Do Google employees only get emails from nice people? I wonder how many lives they negatively impacted with this.
I haven’t even checked the Googlemail site since they introduced buzz, but I’m going to do that right now, to deactivate Buzz as good as I can.
Not that I knew this would happen, but I don’t use my Gmail-account...

Thoughts on the name "iPad" →
I don’t like the name. I’d have called it “PADD”
PADD, like in “Personal Access Display Device” from Star Trek.
Because this is what this type of product represents for me; a client to a bigger more powerful host computer, which allows you to retrieve content, create content to some extent, and communicate. It would surely be cool to walk around in public in my apartment, wearing a Star...
